I called because I had an outlet that wouldn't work on my porch. Rather than just showing up and collecting the minimum service fee, Erik took the time to help me troubleshoot via text before even scheduling. It was a simple tripped GCFI, and I hit it and fixed my own problem. For free.

This company has serious integrity. I will definitely call them again in the future.

I didn't know how hard it was to find an electrician for a same day service until today. They managed to squeeze me into the schedule and Sean had the power back up in my kitchen in no time.

My guy arrived on time and did a excellent job replaced a GFI plug and a outdoor plug. On time and very personable.

Dent Electric installed recessed lighting in our vaulted kitchen. It looks great. Good communication, on time, and a job well done.

Erik has made 3 or 4 trips to our house over a number of years.
This involved re-wiring and installing kitchen overhead lights
(both fluorescent and LED) and any other electrical problems which needed to be addressed and corrected at the time. He has always arrived within the pre-arranged time frame and completed the project in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend.

I just reached out to Eric a 2nd time as I was very happy with his service before. He did not disappoint. He was able to get me on the schedule quickly and was friendly, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend for all of your electrical needs!

I have had Eric do electrical work for me at home and at the store. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. He has always been able to accomplish the job quickly and same day /next day timeframe. I try to work with businesses that have the owner doing the work rather than someone who does electrical, plumbing and/or ac out of the same work truck. Dealing with the owner rather than a business with layers of deniability has worked well for me, way fewer issues and great communication. If I have Future electrical work, Eric will be called !!! Highly recommend him.

Folks I had Eric and his crew out to run a line for a backyard spa, they did a fantastic job. They are all very kind, courteous and professional. I cannot say enough about this company. Erik is an expert electrician! He is also great at communicating and very personable. I have had him at my home on multiple occasions and he is my go to for anything electrical.

Erik was phenomenal and came out right away last minute and under 2 hours for an outlet that burnt up and the fire department would not allow us to turn on the house until someone replaced it or made sure it was safe. He was in and out within 30 minutes and even checked another outlet we were worried about to make sure that something else doesn't happen. We will definitely be using him again for future needs!!

Anybody wiling to do this type of work late on a Friday night gets my vote. He kept working until he resolved the problems.........and there were several.

Excellent job, on time, fairly oriced

I used Eric of Dent Electric on short notice. I was changing electric outlets from old to new. I accidently cut my hand and had to go to Emergency. My wife said we needed to get an electrician and found Eric of Dent Electric. He came of on short noticed and knew immediately why the kitchen electric sockets were not getting electricity. It was the Ground Fault Interceptor was wired wrong. The house is 24 years old and was over wired and wrongly wired. He knew immediately what was wrong and corrected it.
Eric is friendly and polite and is an asset to his Trade. Intelligent and quick to know what the problem is and made the repair. He keeps a clean workspace and cleans up after the job. I highly recommend him over any other Electrician in the Phoenix and East Valley areas. Never saw a Tradesman as professional and qualified as Eric is. He lives 6 minutes from me which is great!

Highly recommend Eric Dent and Dent Electric for any electrical needs; you will not be disappointed . He quickly responded to my request for help, really knew what he was doing, and explained everything along the way so that I understood what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He has many years of experience, is licensed, insured, and bonded, and his charges are fair and reasonable. On top of all that, he’s a really nice guy!

Efficient competent and friendly service. Erik arrived exactly on time this morning to install bright LED lights in the 17-foot ceiling of our RV garage. We thought we had all the components to finish this job but were short – Erik carried the needed part in his truck. Erik also installed a whole home surge protection device at the breaker box. Great to have an electrician in the Gold Canyon area! We would gladly call him for future needs.

He showed up in a timely fashion meaning within 24 hours, found the problem and had our electrical outage solved within an hour of starting.
